Foundational Beginner Series 2: The Sensual Feminine Journey

This is 4 classes, starting February 9, every other week Sundays at 6 pm EST. Last class is March 23rd.
Private or Semi-private Somatic Movement with Radiance Coaching
Experience a personalized journey of self-discovery with our private or semi-private sensual embodied flow sessions. Led by experienced instructors, these trauma-informed somatic feminine dance classes focus on strengthening the body and releasing stuck negative energy. Whether in-studio in Charlotte area or virtually, immerse yourself in 75 minutes of movement, healing and sensual ignition tailored to your needs and goals.
This is a private session with 20-year practitioner and advanced instructor Dorothy Diana RN, MSN, sexEd, trauma cert., where you will ground and connect with your body and learn a new exciting language of feminine body movement. You will strengthen and stretch, creating power while enhancing curves, moving stuck emotions through the body, and understanding intuitive embodiment so you can take this healing practice into your life, for relationship polarity and sensual magnetic radiance!
Group Zoom Embodied Sensual Flow Sessions
Connect with a community of like-minded women in our monthly group Zoom sessions. Experience an hour of embodied feminine healing and strengthening moves from the comfort of your own home. Each session begins with connection with the other ladies, feminine energy philosophy, grounding breathwork, followed by somatic movement with a sexy edge. Private trauma-informed. End with a spiritual manifestation to uplift and inspire.
Intro to S : Sensual Feminine Journey

Join us for an in-person Intro Class at a beautiful Charlotte-area studio, a challenging and fun movement session designed to give you a clear understanding of the life-transforming Journey immersive experience ( 8-week in-person and Zoom sessions).
